Luxury place you don't want...

Words can't describe it. This hotel is a top notch experience from A to Z. We spent 4 days first, then extended another 3 days, because it was sooooo great. I will not talk too much about the facilities - hotel has pretty much everything you need: warm pools, fitness center, spa, good tennis court, disco etc... If you can, always go for Ultra All Inclusive option. This opens you all the amazing opportunities for food and drinks 24/7 - the quality of food is simply stunning, especially recommend a-la-carte restaurants Asian and People's. But the real jewel of the hotel are the people who work there. Reception team who made a lovely complementary upgrade for us, service teams in all the Bars (there are plenty of those, special courtesy to Mohammed Chocolate in the lobby bar & Waleed in beach bar) will make your holiday unforgettable. Don't forget to ride on a camel named Sultan that waits for you at the beach... In Rixos you will not regret paying the price!

One of the best hotels in Sharm. pros: Food is great, staff are super friendly. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Really nice swimming pools 2 of which are heated (big plus during winter season). Hotel very well maintained. A variety of restaurants all exclusive to hotel guests. Very nice shows in the evenings

Too many sales people for tours and safaris roaming inside the hotel and hunting customers. Beach is not great, you have to walk / ride for 900m on the bridge leading to the sea cliff. Too many fast gulf cars carrying the hotel guests from a place to the next does not leaving a safe and comfortable path to pedestrians or runners and annoying them.

The Best Hotel In Sharm,...

From the moment i arrived, i could tell this hotel was special. Although expensive, it is worth the money. you pay for what you receive. Everything is the highest quality. From the service to the food. Each & every member of staff was friendly, helpful and of the highest standard. The facilities & activities were world class. Me & my wife were blown away by Luis's crossfit class. I would highly recommend the gym facilities. The Food was great, also you are able to visit the other hotel at any time, which is only a 5 minute golf cart ride away. But make sure you reserve the restaurants early!

The a la carte restaurants were reserved very quickly meaning we could not get the spaces we wanted on the first days. Also the bed was not 5* quality. Make sure you bring your own snorkel because they do not rent them for free.

Right from the moment you enter the hotel you can see how elegant and fancy the hotel is. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were catering for all our needs. All the facilities are classy and comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing. The daily shows at the beach were also very entertaining. Finally, the main restaurant and the food court all deserve 5 stars if not more. I can't begin to describe how tasty it was, how there was a super wide variety and how the chefs and the staff were very generous in serving us the food. Also, the turkish fatayer served at the beach are probably one of the best things you can have! I am looking forward to come again!

Excellent really really liked it!

Extremely friendly staff (from cleaners, to receptions, to life-guard etc). Very nice new-ish facilities - indoor/outdoor gym, heated swimming pools etc. Good variety buffet - many delicious choices, good variety every day Aquapark which is part of the Rixos complex

The only thing I can complain about is noise from the main stage and night activities which are happening in Rixos. They last till 23.00 (11pm) and despite Rixos complex being huge you can clearly hear the music from this entertainment stage in your room.

Very clean room (especially after traveling around all Egypt.. Antonio Franchesco, you are the best❤️). Beautiful reef and territory, helpful staff and soooo many tasty food (be careful with this🐷😄))

Taxi was overpriced (24$ to the SOHO and back is too much, next day we found a driver who gave us a reasonable price 10$ two ways). Very loud after 11 p.m. I don’t like the party till midnight so if you also - maybe you need another hotel.

I need 5 days to write how awesome was my 5 days stay 1- my kids loved the snorkeling experience, wonderful views, helpful staff who are very attentive to everyone in the water really made me feel safe 2- they have many pools to the point that I keep forgetting which pool did we go to yesterday, very clean, you can always see them cleaning even early morning when there is no one there, the staff there are very friendly and helpful, many life guards on the pool which reflects that the hotel is very keen on safety 3- My kids wake me up everyday from 7 am to go to the aqua-park ( it opens at 10 am😂) the kids loved it they have stuff for all ages even for an old guy like myself, consistent quality of superb service from staff , and many life guards across the park , the park is very clean too 4- i had so much in the hotel that i really didnt need to go outside 5- many shows and activities running allover the day 6- fooooooodddddddd, you will need to either have a very strict diet before u go there or after u finish ur trip, you will not stop eating, they have many food outlets which serve different cuisines and u need more than a week to go through all of those dishes, and they have many restaurants which offer international, Brazilian, Turkish, Japanese and french cuisines Overall very nice experience, very clean and safe.

Rixos Seagate high season

The staff at the reception is great and they make all what they can to help guests. Thanks to them I managed to get a smoother vacation even when the hotel was very busy.

Rixos Seagate is a nice resort that is not intended to be cheap, then I don’t understand how the process for booking a restaurant is so rustic and hectic. The fact that you can only book in the mornings after a long que makes the arriving guests to wait until the 3 rd day to secure a table for having a proper diner. I think this is unfair when the property is advertised as an “ultra all included” resort and guests are charged accordingly. I was definitely expecting more on that regard.

Amazing Experience, i used to go the RIXOS Sharm but because of the children rules we went to the Rixos seagate this time, the staff were amazing namely mena at the reception, Mahmoud Reception manager, Moataz, Fouad, Islam at the pool and sea bars, AbdelLatif and managers of the main restaurant, we had wonderful time, the most luxurious property in EGYPT, i will go only to this hotel in my next visits to sharm Rooms are perfect as regard structure, location (thanks to Mena at the front desk), restaurant are wonderful specially the main restaurant, pools with bars are amazing, sea with snorkeling is fabulous and the new detox bar, sports club and gym, and Gozlama Turkish cuisine on the sea were extra ordinary Thanks all, we enjoyed a lot

Wishing to stay forever

The hospitality and generosity of the hotel policy is what makes rixos stands out in the rest of hotels. You will not meet any behaviors that would try limiting your usage of the hotel facilities or free things, in contrast to most of “all inclusive” polices in Other hotels. On contrary, guests can stay past the check out in the hotel until their travel departure time and no one will tell them you should pay for the extra meal you got here or there, As long as they left the room itself. On a 24-hour basis, there’s always a restaurant open for your strange timing hunger, even at 4:00 a.m. or any hour. The guest relation arranged for a specially decorated table and birthday cake in one of the á la cart restaurant for me, and the staff there brought it while singing for me, they made my day, thanks a lot. The buffet restaurant safety precautions requiring a lot of staff for keeping guests on a distance from food for higher hygiene. But most guests were neglectful for covid safety precautions. All of hotel employees wearing masks all of the time, measuring body temp. At the entry of main restaurant, they were masks and gloves ay the lobby entry.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, many hotel facilities were affected, including spa and rixy kids club closure, both are top rated facilities of rixos seagate hotel, however pricing was almost the same and maybe more than we used to pay before covid-19. I think this due to high demand and high occupancy rates in vacation, but that ethically needs to be more convenient for clients getting less services for same price. -à la cart restaurant reservation difficulty.

I wish the spa was open, but it was closed as a counter measure to combat COVID-19 spread.

The place site is excellent. Food was very good and the service was very good.

The shuttle bus is not passing frequently. We had to walk from our room to the lobby to check out after waiting over 20 minutes for the shuttle bus and it didn't come.

Staff were amazing and I had a situation where I needed their help and tgey did. The food is good , and the resort is beautiful and well maintained.

The fact that there was no clear entertainment program. At some nights, there were no shows and you will have to go outside to enjoy your night

Everything from the moment we stepped in was just perfect. We were there for our anniversary. The reception, guest relations made their best to make our day. 1-Early check-in, before the official time by nearly 5 hours. 2- finding an almost impossible reservation in one of the special restaurants which are booked one night before. 3- Decorating the room. 4- when we arrived for the dinner they told us that we have a table made for our special day occasion decorated, and a complementary cake at the end with a candle and “ Happy anniversary “, which really was magnificent 5- letting us stay at the hotel past the check-out to use the hotel facilities as an apology because we couldn’t extend our stay for a reasonable price for us. 6- All of the staff were really nice and decent. 7- we had photo-session there and all of the staff were really helpful. I would like at last to thank all of the reception guys and The guest relation officer, all of them were really awesome.

Nothing important, only two things: 1- I noticed that most of the bathrooms I used had a problem with the internal rinsing mechanism which is very important for most of muslims. 2- I noticed in the instructions sent to me, that face-veiled muslim women are not allowed in the hotel which is a form- of limiting human personal freedom.

I liked a special person in the resort which was at the front desk , called Mr. Assem , he was sooo nice and made my stay very pleasant , if I have to come back I will come to this resort for him , cause I really enjoyed his hospitality and he was very well mannered and respectful person . The place is literally well equipped with all facilities and needs. Rixos Seagate would dispose of any thought of leaving the place as it serves all needs (pools, beach, restaurants, spa..etc.). The place is clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is attentive and the quality lives up to the name of this 5-stars chain. totally recommended, especially to those with kids. We were very grateful for the special treatment from Mostafa the driver, Karim from reception and Hadeer from Guest relations. Definitely we will be back again someday.

The service although is excellent, but it requires a bit of patience sometimes. I also wish they would provide a map of the resort to guests, as the place is not small and it would make it easier to know where facilities are at.
