The room was very old dated, the bathroom was the worst ever, I can give the hotel 3 stars by max, because of the room, the aircondition was not working, there were no towels in the room, and i called the reception 4 times, they sent the towels at 5 pm!!!, one day they didnt clean the room, they never put shampoo or shower gel in the room, the food was okay, the beach was good, the sunbeds are so bad, they are so old and not comfortable at all.

the check in experience very convenient

the check out was so bad the staff were not considered that I have a flight to catch although I have completed my payment at check in because I have to leave to airport at 3 am, I left at 3.30 because they were so slow to complete check out and also wouldnt let my taxi move for nothing. I went inside again to the reception for nothing. I was really disappointed.

On a plus note because I needed to look for positives, it’s fantastically located at the entrance to Soho square for shopping and nightlife, plus only 10 minutes from the airport.

Welcome to the dirty run down rooms of the island view hotel. I booked a 5 star hotel not a 5 thumbs down hotel. What we found was totally unacceptable by any standards. Room 1 bathroom bath [advertised as hot tub] was old, dirty, and mouldy. The toilet had urine stains on it and the pan hadn’t seen any bleach and was black at the bottom. The hairdryer was untouchable unless held with a tissue, and then you wouldn’t want to touch the bin. The phone was deep in dust. The living room had a TV with a screen so dirty you would need to polish to see the screen clearly, and as for the sofa, it was broken, it was dirty, it had been left as it was last sat on, and lifting the cushioning was a mistake! In the bedroom we couldn’t open a single draw – who know what would have been inside if we did. The veranda had a dirty rusty table that was only good enough for the scrap man to take away. We changed rooms and on a plus point we overlooked the pool and sea, the veranda table was acceptable and the bathroom was old but cleaner. But again the filthy conditions were evident, dirty floor skirting, dirty tv stand, stained and dirty sofa, dirty tables to the extent I put a D in the dust but it never got cleaned anyway. As for the chair it was that old and dirty. The cleaning guy seems to be around all day and is helpful, but he doesn’t seem to have been issued any training, a mop and bucket or any polish. The sun loungers at this hotel, they are old, worn, discoloured but they match with every sun umbrella tat is broken or ripped in some way, but at least they seem the same age as the this worn and ripped towels being issued – I really hope they publish these pictures. The currency is about 22 Egypt £ to the British £ and I think when they chose the plastic glasses the targeted 22 glasses to a British pint, could someone tell them beer is not served in shot glasses and certainly not in a glass smaller then a packet of cigarettes, the paper coffee cups are bigger.

Magnificent location but worest staff!! They are rude especially reception guys First they left my long time to get my room Second they ask you to pay for anything If you lost the room key then you have to pay 70$ for rest key not made of gold!!! No room service or towels until u pay either hotel charge or tips The reception guy was very cold without responce when i told that my doughter is lost during the night inside the hotel at midnight They give worest rooms to booking residence with real view

Bathroom was not really clean , you can see green algae between tiles, trash can corroded and not clean. Furniture is old and the mattress is very uncomfortable feels like thousands of people slept on it, pillows as well, aircondition not working properly, in general i felt like staying in a room in the basement.

Close to SOHO Square which is full of cafes and restaurants Nice Beach

Very old chairs around the pool not comfortable at all , Small restaurant always crowded and not clean , Very poor all inclusive only drinks allowed between meals . The room view was a wall !!!!!!!

Unfortunately the staff were very unprofessional, in thier attitude and appearance. Quality of food was very bad and no varities available. Rooms were not well cleaned , towels were not enough and we had to make a long debate with them for this.

The rooms are horrible we booked something and we got something else worse... the furniture in the room is very old and the couch is broken .. no amenities or kettle or anything in the room .. no view...
