Pool is very nice and there is a rocky beach but the sea is awesome in this location, so better to wear beach shoes to enjoy. Rooms are not bad.

Food quality is poor and the variety is limited specially the dessert corner. There is no animation team for entertainment but the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Every one was respectful and polite.

We loved our stay there! My kids didn’t want to leave. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The sea is beautiful and we went snorkeling and saw the fish and the corals. The pool is also great fun and there are lifeguards both at the beach and at the pool. We had all inclusive and food was really good and snacks were available at the beach and pool in between the main meals. The room was impeccably clean and everything was functional. We had a great view of the pool and the sea. We will definitely return there.

The hotel could offer a wider variety of dishes at lunch and dinner and the fruit juices they offer should be fresh, not made of powder. Also, the whole restaurant experience could be improved by serving drinks in actual glasses, not plastic cups. Oh, and play some background music too. Breakfast was perfect

The hotel is beyond beautiful, we had a hard time picking whether to spend our time snorkeling at the beach and seeing the amazing corals or at the pool. The staff was SUPER friendly and amazing and they went above and beyond in every way to make our stay as great as possible. The rooms were spotless and so many precautions have been taken for the sake of covid that we felt super safe the entire time. Would 110% recommend ❤️

one of my friend was staying in savoy hotel which this hotel is related to savoy group, she came to visit me to take something in the hotel and the line manager and police man was so touch and they told us she is only allowed to stay in the lobby and i can gave her the thing she came to take in the lobby and she isnt allowed to come with me and was so aggressive

Every thing in the hotel as usual, this is my sixth stay in this place I consider it my home, every thing become more beautiful and more amazing because of SAVOY company, I'm glad to know that they manage the hotel now because they known of good management and they really did.

I had to speak in English so reception give attention and respect my needs, otherwise all the stuff are respectful and amazing ❤️

The staff was professional , friendly and helpful . The place was clean and organized. The beach is 5 mins walking from the reception of the hotel because the beach is inside the hotel . The buffet had variety of choose and also the snack bar . The chiefs had done perfect job in the food , the food tasted very nice . The rooms are very clean and tidy ,the housekeeping team did a great job with the rooms and they are working 24/7 . The entertainment company “ safarii “ had a variety of choices for entertainment outside the hotel with reasonable prices . The animation team had many activities within the hotel , during the day at the beach and infront of the pools and they had organized a oriental night and belly dance night on Friday which was nice . The hotel is 5 mins away from soho square and the hotel offers a ride to it . The hotel offers wheelchairs for old people and their are paths for them .

All the details are well managed. They are dealing in a very professional way. They deserve to be 5 stars. This hotel is highly recommended for any one needs five stars hotel. Everyone is doing his best all the time. Being cheerful, helpful and welcoming is one of the best qualities. The food is perfect and variable, animation team under the leadership os Sasha is so perfect. The reception staff are so cooperative and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Mostafa. He is doing his best always to satisfy besides he creates very warm atmosphere to us the clients needs also room service are so honest. The safe guards family are so professional and taking care all the time and making sure that everyone is OK and safe. Really big thank for the recruitment department as they have chosen the right ones for all the positions. Sure my accommodation will here the next year.

- The location was good as it is next to Soho square - Entrance is very elegant as it has the same entrance of four seasons. - Beach and pool are very good and clean - landscapes were sooo beautiful may be the best i have ever seen in a hotel. - food was good for breakfast and dinner however lunch can be better. - Rooms were clean thanks to Fahad who was very welcoming

We had an issue with unlocking the door as the battery needed to be replaced. It is small issue but would be better to avoid this in the future.

Once we received I get a call from reception for arrangements and that reflect every good feeling and Mohamed from reception was very good and finish every thing very well and rooms r clean and spacious and all staff and food is very good and I saw the manager always checking the facilities and quality that is was grade to c some one care about every thing Definitely we will come again
