My experience at Coral Beach

The location is very good where you can have a good view of the sea.The food quality is very good. Most of the staff is friendly but one of them was rude "Mohamed Adel" at the restaurant . The price is reasonable.

The room wasn't clean and comfortable enough.It had also bad smell.The lightening was not enough.The distance from the room to the reception is long and no way to get around but walking in the sun.no buses or a telefrik only a Suzuki to transfer the bags.The toilets at the reception are dirty.

The location

The way they carry your luggage once you arrive at the hotel. They use an old SUZUKY as if they were transporting vegetables. Soft drinks are awful and have no taste.

Food was terrible

Beach crew ( coach samah, islam, Amro, Mahmoud, Ezz, Saad, Mostafa the photographer ) were amazing and helpful. Also, Mohamed from house keeping crew.

The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport but there is no hotel shuttle. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms aren’t as clean as other hotels nearby. There is no sand beach just a place to jump into waters and snorkel.

reception changed the room after a while

aircondition was not working & technican just cleaned the aircondition filter in the bath and yher were water and dust all over floor and told me problem is solved

Clear discremination between non egyptians and egyptians. Bad treatment for egyptians. Bad housekeeping. Bad quailty of food and no variety Delay in response in check in process. Bad experience really in this hotel.
