The Hotel was welcoming and friendly. We had a junior suite which was well appointed clean and comfortable. The food selection and quality was one of the best we have experienced in an all inclusive hotel.
The restaurant staff were unfriendly at times, we were a party of 4, most tables were set for 2 people, (even with 4 chairs)if we sat at a table that had been set for 2 the staff would throw place mats cutlery and glass on to the table. No table was set for 4. If we sat at a large table we would encounter rude comments that the table was set for 5 people, so was a no win scenario. Shame as the food was excellent but over shadowed by the boisterous and rude staff. This said we would stay again!
