    Fantastic size of the rooms, great bathroom and incredible view. Swimming pool was great and the view again superb. Great access to the beach with complimentary chairs, umbrella and towels. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast fresh juices were delicious as we're the cakes.

    Breakfast hot savoury food variety was limited but ok quality. Rooms and especially bathrooms needed extra attention to clenliness

    Great view from breakfast room / poolside. Rooftop staff nice. Good location.

    Front staff unhelpful on arrival - could not find reservation, and would not help by allowing us to find it online. Gave upgrade, though debatable whether the room was any better than the one booked. View not great for 'superior elite' room. Room internet not free (not as advertised). Mosquitos constant in lobby area, where you need to be for wifi. Staff generally aloof, not pleasant or welcoming. Breakfast a chaotic experience - first day better.

    The service is really poor., the rooms extremely dated, I would not recommend to anyone and or return.

    Staff were polite and cooperative...one guy helped us a lot his name is Daniel at the reception. Location...at the beach and many shops are around Security for the hotel is good

    Food at breakfast is boring where every day with the same dishes Facilities and furniture some of them are old Gym is small and has to pay in order to get inside Prices are high for accommodation and minibar no complementary water or coffee like similar 5 stars hotel no free Wi-Fi except at the lobby... late check out is expensive....
