Cleanliness of rooms, abundant supply of hot water, good quality food

No porters to help people with heavy luggage. Only steep steps going down to hotel entrance, no ramp for people finding stairs difficult. Reception staff not very helpful.

Good quality food, clean rooms, supermarket is close, air conditioning, the beach distance is acceptable (~500 m)

Too much crowd at breakfast. Thin walls and sometimes loud guests. You have to pay for hairdryer and a safe too. Elevators are stupid, we were walking to the 4th floor becouse it was faster then waiting for the lift. The hotel's style is a bit too eclectic and old fashioned for my taste.

The breakfast was very good. It was nice that there was shows in the evening. Children was welcome.

The opening hours of the pool was too limitede. It was too much of an english colonie, and it would have been nice if the food had been more spanish inspired then english.

Most impressive was the room that was facing to the beach, very nice view and lots of sunshine entered the room.
