Breakfast was the same each day. Either porridge; or 2 fried eggs, 2 cold boiled sausages and 2 pieces of old tough bread, plus 1 cup of coffee and 2 biscuits. No juice. The property is very far from the city centre. A Yandex taxi to the airport cost almost 3,000 tenge. The hotel was unable to offer a cheaper alternative, and no information on how to use the cheaper buses. The room was not cleaned. Not a place I’d use again.

Very nice hotel, located in a nice area. Very comfortable beds and competent, friendly staff, ready to always answer every question and help with any problem. Delicious breakfast.
