The apartment is located in the centre of this wonderfully preserved small medieval seaside town and is on the first floor of a beautiful house dating back many centuries, which overlooks the seafront. The view is spectacular.A feature of the apartment are its frescoed ceilings. It consists of an ample sitting/dining area with flat-screen tv, an upstairs study (bedroom 3), a very large double bedroom, a twin bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large terrace that may be used when the owners are not in residence in the adjacent apartment. The apartment is comfortable and bright and provides a warm home for off-season visitors, being fully winterised with its own central heating and modern double glazing throughout. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation, close to all the restaurants, shops and other amenities of the village, and literally across the road from Noli's beautiful palm-fringed seafront and beach. Depending on the season, take-in the autumn colours or the lovely spring flowers. You can simply enjoy the change of pace or get out on the water and practice your sailing skills in either a dinghy or on a windsurfer. Noli has a branch of the Lega Navale Italiana where you can hire sailing boats and windsurf. Scuba diving is also available if you prefer to go under the water! Water sports are practised year-round in Noli. You can hire mountain bikes in the sport shop next to the flat and ride up to the hills overlooking the sea. If you wish for a more sedate activity, fishing is popular along the beach and from the rocks at the edge of the bay. You can also hire a boat and go out fishing with the local fishermen. It is most exciting.
