Reception area was beautiful.
Rooms are very dated and I had the unfortunate experience of staying beside a suite and the the people staying it in liked to party in it until 5.30am. Kitchen was adjoined to my room and heard every footstep and every word. Reception offer me to move rooms at 5.30am rather than asking the guests to have some respect for others. Never again.
The staff were very helpful
The room was comfortable but not luxurious.
Staff were all very friendly the hotel interior was outstanding with a style and appearance from a different era.
Rooms a bit small but understand in NYC you don't get a lot for your money.
Arranged the visit for the 60th birthday of my sister and were both very pleased to receive a bottle of wine in the room- a very kind gesture ,thankyou! Staff always very courteous and helpful.
Would be nice to have tea making facilities in room, otherwise can't think of anything more!
The Waldorf is a fabulous hotel. We loved everything about this hotel. The decor was amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I cant praise this hotel and the staff enough.
location, comfort, architecture, and the history!
pitiful tv reception, no free internet access from room
