I didn't order nothing to eat.
Location was excellent Room was clean
No bar no restaurant
I love how the manager gave me an upgrade because I waited 1520 minutes for anybody to come to the front desk because of the coronavirus I think that was the reason but he gave me a double deluxe room which is nice that’s why I would stay there again.
When I first arrived waiting at the front desk for 15 20 minutes.
Area around Hotel is quite unsafe. Hotel facilities are lacking and rude reception staff. Room cleaning services was exceptional.. thank you
Reception staff can be rude and dismissive No real hotel facilities like a bar or cafe
Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The lobby is beautiful but I think all the money has been spent here as the room has tired decor. We opted for an upgrade but it wasn't worth the money. Go to the Evelyn instead!
Tired bathroom. Piece of wood panelling coming away from the bedroom door. Large light behind the bed that we couldn't turn off. A quarter of the room is taken up by the entry area. Noisy corner of town. No tea/coffee making facilities nor drink vending machine on floor. Complimentary toiletries were not of good quality. Unsecured wifi.
