The Chiltern Hotel

Cons: Service was terrible. Asked for a twin, twice, was given a double. Insufficient towels.

Cons: Room Smelt musty filthy carpet. Was noisy with air con fans outside the window. Only one bath towel for 2 of us. Dirty tables at breakfast no cups or cutlery to hand. Breakfast was dried up.

Cons: The accommodation was unclean, smell in room, carpets stained. Overall really poor. Wouldn't choose this hotel again for our clients.

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: The staff were rude, moody and very unhelpful. The room was dirty, unattractive and very bare.

Pros: The staff were very friendly.

Cons: The rooms were small and unclean. There was hair in the bath from the previous occupant or the cleaner although I doubt the bath had been cleaned. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I ...
