The rooms were comfortable and large. The staff were friendly and helped with our communication as they spoke English.
The only issue that I had was that we had to pay unexpectedly for underground parking. I was very unhappy to pay this unexpected charge, especially as there was no parking outside which meant we had no option. Why do we need to pay for underground parking, especially when we don't have outside parking available?
