Perfect place in Florence! Excellent facilities, great location. Our private room was fantastic, more like a hotel room, very big, and a great surprise we had a private balcony with an amazing view to the Florence Duomo! Excellent relation price quality

The hostel is absolutely amazing. The room is very cozy, clean, big and organised. Mattress very comfortable. Toilet big and clean with towels. The view of the city absolutely amazing.

Great location within walking distance to the main train station and the city center. Good value for money. Really recommended for staying in Florence.

Great location, very good price ratio, small but comfy rooms with A/C, it´s more comparable with B&B hotels than hostels

not very soundproof, it´s a side-road but nevertheless quite frequented. had to pay 3€ for each bag for 4h storage (early arrival)

Ah, Plus Florence! Thank you so much! I had such a good time with you again. I stayed here in February and my stay here again as even more enjoyable and relaxing than the winter one. The virus rule restrictions were no problem at all! It was nice to be back - with a friend! The location is excellent - near to train station/supermarkets/main area for walks/passegiate. The roof terrace is so relaxing and the rooms have all you need. I liked the outdoor swimming pool too. The staff are helpful and even printed some things for me for free! I highly recommend Plus Florence for a stay in Firenze. It is really relaxing, friendly, affordable and comfortable - exactly what I look for! Grazie Firenze Plus!

Very nice hostel

For a hostel you actually get more than expected (pool, terrace with view, towels). Everything was clean especially during this time with all the restrictions. The location is walking distance to anything you need to see in Florence. I would highly reccomend it to solo travellers, couple but also families spending some days in the city.

I have given it 10 out of 10, obviously it isn’t luxury but the only other available place with a swimming pool in Florence centre was ten times the price for a night. Location is spot on, had a single room so not sure about the dorms, price was cheap and room was good with a balcony, decent sized TV and everything you need. Swimming pool and terrace are spot on, as are the staff.

Nothing, Everything was bang on. Shame restaurant and bar weren’t open as that’s normally the meeting point in hostels but obviously not the hostels fault we’re in the middle of a global pandemic. Would 100% stay here again.

Great Hostel, great location

- Location is fantastic. From Santa Maria Novella Trainstation you just go straight ahead in the big road and follow it straight ahead for 15min and you get to the Hostel. This road is full of great restaurants, bars and shops. Also on that road there are 2 different bus stations that take you everywhere in the city and you can buy the bus tickets at a Tabacci close by. - you do not hear any of that noise inside the hostel which allows for a good nights sleep in t he comfortable beds - the rooms get cleaned and sanitized everyday - the rooms are spacious, clean and organised, the lockers are big enough for everything. - the aircons did not work that great but it never was hot or stuffy in the room - there was a lot of privacy for each bed and also good space for charging all your electronics - the rooftop terrace is absolutely fantastic, has great views on the duomo and the city. - the pool is also great -storage available for 3€ on your check out day - its a big hostel and you can easily meet new people and chill with them

-to use the pool you need to have a swimming cap - there is NO kitchen, only a dirty microwave and no cutlery whatsoever. If you want to „rent“ some you have to pay 2€

Nice balcony with magnificent view @ the dome. Relaxing public terras with pool and a lot of shade.

Thank you so much, Plus Florence! I had such a great time here. The common room was fab (nice kitchen and good place to write/work on laptop) and the dorm room was so nice! My cosy little bunk and super modern bathroom/room decor was really good! For the price, I had not expected that at all so I was delighted! I will be back to stay here again! I liked the location being so central and easy to walk to/from the train station. The roof terrace was very enjoyable and the bar area too! I will try the sauna and pool next time (bring a bikini/shorts!!) I had such a good time here. I will be back for more!

Place was excellent. Worth the money. Staffs were really nice and helpful. Security guard by the door gave us a sense of security over the area.

24/7 reception with friedly english-speaking personnel ready to help. Ability to leave luggage before check-in. Perfectly clean rooms and bathrooms, free shower gel, individual towel, soup for every guest in the room. Large 8-beds rooms with sockets and lamps near every bed. Entrance to the room using magnet cards as keys (as in hotels). Carrefour store near the hostel. Not far from Santa Maria Novella train station and city centre. Nice place to stay in Florence for such price.

Sometimes many peoples waiting for check-in at the reception. Small kitchen in common area for so many guests (not always there is free place on the table to cook meal and eat).

Great indoor pool and sauna! Comfortable dorm with (ensuite) separate toilet and shower so two people could use at once. Towels provided, reading light and plug socket on each bed. Good location in Florence, close to train station. Enjoyed my stay!

Loud co-traveller’s in the middle of the night

Good location, friendly staff, a kitchen, a swimming pool (in a hostel, can you imagine?!), the view from the terrace. Good towels, a shampoo for everyone. Luckily, my check-in was very quick and I didn't wait at all. I also had a place in a room for two people for the price of a place in 6x room because the room for 6 was separated into two parts - 4 and 2 people.

No privacy in the room because the beds were single-floor, but anyway very comfortable, like in a hotel but just with neighbours in your room. Baggage storage is paid (2 euro). Hammam didn't work. Wifi is not really stable.

This is great hostel on a very good location close to the main attratcions. It is very big and seems like it’s a former hotel transformed into hostel so there are some things that you don’t usually find in the hostels: pool, sauna, restaurant... The hostel is really nice organized. The roof terrace is amazing. The girl who checked me in was super friendly and nice. She did me a huge favor and that make my stay there very comfortable and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Common area that is party a common room and partly kitchen is a bit small and there is ususually not enough space for everyone during the breakfast or dinner. And there is no stove, only microvawe.

Pool and restaurant where very handy after a late checkin and long day walking around. Secure bag storage was also very useful.

Limited facilities for a hotel with many rooms

It surprises all the facilities they have, like a pool, spa, bar, restaurant, common rooms, etc. Very nice rooms to stay with perfect bathrooms, good AC, everything clean, good location near the centre of firenze.

The quilts were thin

A value added hostel with indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, gym, restaurants, laundry room & Turkish bath in winter. Our triple room completed with toiletries, bath towels, face towels, bath mat, beddings & comforters. The 24 hours reception helped us in printing our excursion tickets for free.

Very strict check-in time at 2:30pm. Early luggage storage cost €2 per bag. False fire alarm went off around 4am on our first night stay. Everyone in our block rushed down in freezing cold winter night.

Nice and helpful staff, valuable breakfast, big room and there is a supermarket nearby. We can buy coffee from vending machine in the hotel for only EUR0.80.

self-service washing machine costs EUR4.50 to do a washing and more money for do a drying. It's not easy to walk from Florence Station to the Hotel with big luggage.

Helpful staff. Big room, comfortable beds, good facilities close to everything, easy walking distance to train station. All for a very reasonable price.

Everything was very easy. The private room was wonderful, large. Breakfast was great a large selection of sweet and savory. Walkable to everything. Laundry on premise.

Workout room only had cardio machines. It would be nice if there was an electrical outlet near the bed so you could charge and read at the same time.

The private rooms are like a 4 star hotel excellent location as well I really enjoyed my stay
