Pros: Open clean room. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The first impression wasn't to good when I went to check in and my enervation wasn't in the system but the manager did take care of it right away.
I definitely did not like the 22% service charge added to the room service bill.
Great room and location
Pros: The room was excellent - very large with a sofa and wide screen TV that served as a room divider, so you could watch TV from the sofa or bed. The room was quiet and I seldom had to wait long for an elevator.
Cons: While the breakfast wasn't free, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They always offered a coffee to go and the coffee was excellent.
Pros: I really enjoyed the staff at the front desk! They were helpful and fun to speak with, especially Tony on the night shift! The location was awesome!
Cons: I didn't like all the dust on the hallways on the furniture. It was so thick I could run my finger through it on the third floor. And one of the guest across the hall had a dog that barked a lot!
Comfortable
Pros: Very comfortable room and bed. Room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend this for both business and pleasure.
Pros: Service
Pros: Very clean, rooms didn't smell of old cigarette smoke.
Pros: Clean room and great breakfast
Cons: Entrance wasn't inviting
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The building made a lot of creaking noises in the morning hours which was disruptful with sleeping. Otherwise a very good experience.
