Perfect hotel for a ski holiday .very comfortable. Rooms kept very clean .continental breakfast nice and fresh .
Door not vert secure in our room .door handle .falling off and door very loose when locked .

They clean the rooms every day, the breakfast is minimal but ok
The heating wasn't working wich meant that we had to be under the covers all the time or to wear our coats in the room and it bumed our stay there, the wifi is very weak in the rooms, the staff, except of one very nice lady, is not willing to do anything to help with any issue
