Nice staff, inconsistent quality and quality control
location close to Oregon neighborhood with many restaurants--the workout room has a few machines--the pedestrian ramp to the parking garage means you never have to go outside to get to your car in bad weather
The food is really mediocre and my breakfast order had an error each time. I had to ask multiple times for some items. An accumulation of little things: there wasn't a tissue box in the room; there wasn't water in the cooler in the workout room; there's no microwave as far as i could see for guest use; my shower head was wobbly; the bathroom door wouldn't stay open; my key card stopped working.
Very friendly staff and room was great.
Parking is a difficulty as the complimentary is hard to find and the valet is expensive.
What a Headache!
The location was perfect for New Year's Eve as the hotel was centrally located near the bars downtown and the room was quite large.
The furniture was starting to look outdated and light switches were everywhere rather than near the door. Parking was also a bit confusing as it was across the street at the convention center. The staff was very friendly; however, I was charged twice for the room and it took 14 days to resolve this issue.
