Pros: Loved the Mazda 3. Liked the staff, very helpful.
Cons: I pre-paid, including CDW, but was charged for a higher level of CDW, which I had to dispute.

Cons: we were late due to traffic. They had a car though and we realized that the card used and the drivers license were in two different names (same last name, same account) so they made us call customer service to get that changed and so we changed it in store and cancelled the order and created a new one and literally turned around and handed them the card and they said they gave the car away, even though the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Extremely rude customer service. Girl working wasn't doing anything and yet still wouldnt help. Had to wait to even get acknowledged.

Totally Different Price
Pros: Employee were nice and courteous.
Cons: Was initially happy with the price given through 3rd party online service, however when I get to hertz it was a totally different price especially the insurance cost. Having to pay through Monday, even though drop off was Sunday was not cool. With the numerous technology capabilities today, there has to be a way to allow drop off on a day the facility is closed and not be charge an extra day. The extra charge is just another way of making money ripping off the consumer.
