Cons: Had 1/4 tank. Charged for 2 gals and upgrade when drop off at WPI. Elizabeth Mattos Mgr said no upgrade would be charged. Not open when drrop off attempted at local office. No response to calls.Charged $345. Never use again.

Cons: Tried to get $65/day for a sub compact car. I realize that I may have
hit the wrong location a few miles away, but why try to rape me? Went next door to Budget, and got the same car for $25/day!

Pros: the car was new and clean but not clear on kind of car we were to get
Cons: we didn't like the bus driver returning us back to airport.
he never left his seat and was on the phone.
I had trouble getting my bag on board and he did not even help my traveling companion with her bag on or off. he should be removed as a driver.

Pros: Customer service when we finally got to the pick up location.
Cons: Didn't realize we had to pick up at an off-airport location. Multiple staff at the airport had us looking for a 'courtesy' shuttle, only to find out there wasn't one! $25 cab ride which was re-imbursed by Alamo. Nearly an hour of wasted time!

Kayak screwed us up
Cons: Kayak said this was an airport pick up. Unfortunately it was not. We needed to take a cab 20 minutes away. Luckily Alamo reimbursed us the cab fee; however, kayak should have.

Remember Alamo, they come through.
Pros: I had reserved a car at the wrong WPB location and it would have closed prior to my getting there at 4pm on a saturday. After calling Alamo customer service they were able to get me the same reservation at the Airport location center ( which closes at midnight) for only $7.50 more and I even was given a free upgrade from compact to midsize once i picked up my car at the location. THANKS ALAMO!

Absolutely Terrible Experience!!!!!
Pros: The only thing that we liked was the gentleman at the Alamo counter.
Cons: They did not have van we requested.
Opted to put us in a SUV (had less space for luggage)
Gave it to us ABSOLUTLEY FILTHY!
Within 5 miles the check engine light went on. Called, they said not to worry, just needs service after we return in 4 days. Within 2 miles the truck wasn't driving right and would not shift into gear! Had to park it, the manager Liz (I think her name) was awful and offered us no solution. COULDN'T DRIVE IT & it had to be towed away and they didn't give us another vehicle. PLANS TO DRIVE FOR FAMILY VACA RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!
Did not have any car available despite reservation
Cons: We showed up at the rental location and they did not have our SUV or anything similar available. They said they would put us in a wait list and call us IF one becomes available. Completely ridiculous. We're a family of five and just left us stranded. I called head office and they said there was nothing they could do for us because they are franchised locations. This is the second time Enterprise has done this. Kayak should remove them as a supplier.
