Pros: Matthew the Manager was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Car was perfect for what I needed. Only suggestion - Bertz needs a key drop box at airport or partner w Enterprise to allow guests to leave keys with gen. For Walt or late flights - you still have to go to their location, leave the car and then take a taxi. In today's world that extra expense is not needed. Or they should have an extra set of keys. I'm sure they do but it's probably not as easy for them to get the car - but I would recommend they consider that.

Cons: all I did was drop off car in Owensboro. the clerk said he would take off $10 because of the smoke smell and that was the best he could do. The person who picked me up also commented on how bad the car smelled of smoke.

Cons: Car smelled like someone had smoked in it. Pickup fees were confusing regardingbjnsurance miles etc everything they were trying to tack on

Pros: The did refund us $15.00 but that did not really make up for my cramped feet.
Cons: Did not get the size car we were supposed to get. It was an uncomfortable ride for the back seat passengers.

Great customer service
Pros: We had not rented from Hertz in a while. We were presently surprised that the agent was able to provide us with our Gold Key number that we could not find and offered us a choice of vehicles that would best suit our needs. We will be coming back again soon!
