Pros: Nothing. Was unable to use their service. Had to rent from another provider.
Cons: Just terrible. Had to rent from another provider. Was traveling for a funeral and this experience did not help the situation.
This company is completely unresponsive and I would never use them again. Not that I was even able to use them this time.

Pros: Car was ok
Cons: Took 30-40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Then we tried to downsize our car to save $ since we had less people than planned. The girl at counter, Sheena, said ALL CARS WERE THE SAME PRICE. Total lie. We were too tired to argue but feel we got RIPPED OFF!!!

Pros: Car was very clean and we made good time on the shuttle from the airport and upon return.
Cons: Before handing me the keys, the clerk said the car had been inspected and all was good (no damage), but I did a walkaround anyway and found the car had scrape damage on the front right bumper/panel. That shook my trust in their honesty. I would have been furious had I been blamed for damage I didn't cause. The clerk was quick to circle the location on the ticket indicating the damage was pre-existing.

Advantage rental, affordable and friendly and help
Pros: The pick up and drop off is easy and staff are very efficient, even when it's busy.
Also, price is great

Give better Directions
Pros: Car was clean and as advertised. Service was quick.
Cons: Directions to the shuttle pickup were incorrect. Calling the Advantage numbers for Des Plaines got an automated phone system with no option to talk to a human at Des Plaines who could have told me where to go.

Pros: Everyone who worked at the Advantage outlet near O'Hare was kind, professional, and helpful. In less than ideal conditions at times, each staff member was wonderful.
Cons: The location is not as close to the airport as some of the other rental car agencies, and the facility is not as large. You have to plan to spend more time for the pick-up and return because of the location/size.

Pros: The front desk lady was nice. The shuttle driver was nice guy
Cons: I was over charged for gas. I only drove 50 mile and charged for full tank. Give me a break
Pros: At least Enterprise had an alternate vehicle for me. Pleasant personnel.
Cons: Enterprise did not hold the vehicle I had reserved, and the alternative provided was not as comfortable nor fuel efficient.

Poor customer service
Pros: The van was fine. It was easy to pick-up and drop off.
Cons: They guy that assigned me the van at the Enterprise office was kind of a jerk. He kept trying to sell me things I didn't need. For example, I didn't need the GPS. I can easily get directions from my phone. When I pointed this out, under his breath he said, "Great to keep rolling through all that data." I don't need that. How does he know how much data I have.

Pros: I liked the staff was attentive to the customers for the most part.
Cons: Car wasn't cleaned off and had no snow brush. The tire pressure was low.

Pros: The customer service at O'Hare Enterprise was excellent. I rent often all around the country and it was some of the best customer service I have ever received.
Cons: The price was too high - clearly elevated for the holiday period. That was disappointing... and reflects poorly on the ethical standards of the company.
