Pros: Tiny little office attached to the Hilton downtown, directly on all main transit lines. Very nice staff.
Cons: Computers were down, but the staff did their best in a rough situation.

Wreaked of Smoke
Pros: Were it not for the smoke smell, the car was fine. Fun little car to buzz around town in.
Cons: The car wreaked of smoke. I had to drive with windows opened, hit it with large amounts of Febreeze and leave windows opened during night to be able to tolerate the stench. I reported it when picked it up, but thought it would "air out" quickly. When I returned it. I was told "there isn't much we can do about it, people aren't supposed to smoke". Next time, I will absolutely refuse any car smelling of smoke.

Convenient pickup and dropoff
Pros: Pickup/dropoff very convenient--very flexible in terms of pickup time and dropoff was quick because there was a keydrop.
Cons: The price was a bit high

Beware Pick Up and Drop Off Times
Pros: Staff was great.
Car was fine.
Cons: Reservation was for Saturday 1p pick up and Sunday noon drop off.
There was no warning at time of booking online that I could not return the car on Sunday to this location. So I had to pay an extra fee to return the car elsewhere.
It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. Mostly because I would have made my reservation elsewhere, and saved a few bucks.

Felt pressured for upgrade
Pros: The vehicle was clean and drove well.
Cons: I felt pressured to upgrade the vehicle by the clerk. He stated they were short on the type of car I had chosen and prepaid for. He kept trying to up-sell me to the point where I caved because I was running late.
Pros: Pick-up and drop off were both quick and hassle free. Location was offsite from airport and they called me a cab which arrived promptly to take me to the airport.

Pros: The people were friendly. Once at the location getting the car was quick. The car was nice.
Cons: No transportation provided from the airport. It cost me an additional $53 to get a cab. Never again!

Pros: How quick I was able to leave with the vehicle after calling and letting them know I was in a hurry.
Cons: The vehicle its self wasn't my favorite. I had wanted a car. I drive a jeep so I didn't think it'd be that bad but it was like a bubble.

Pros: My quick pick up due to a phone I placed prior to coming.
Cons: The vehicle its self. I asked for a economy car and was offered a camera for $10 extra a day, an SUV, which I declined both to be give the Chevy bubble. Wasn't thrilled but I drive a jeep so I didn't think it'd be that bad but I do not prefer it, that is for sure!

Enterprise Employee states KAYAK has no clue if ca
Cons: Reserved an Enterprise Car Rental for the following day with a pick up time of 9:00 am, using KAYAK. I received a call from Enterprise at 7:30 am (the morning I was going to pick up the car) informing me that a car would not be available until the afternoon. The Enterprise Employee told me that KAYAK has no clue if cars are available.
I had an appointment that I could not miss. I spent the next hour and a half on the phone, trying to rent a car and ultimately had to borrow a car from a family member.
Cons: Local office staff in Albany (at Sears) was utterly incompetent in every imaginable way.

Pros: Staff at agency was very friendly, process was quick, aside from there only being one person there to help multiple customers, but, again, the wait wasn't bad. Overall a good experience
Cons: location wasn't very clean, I noticed they were moving to a different space and that would help, their location when I piked up had tires all over and a mechanic shop in the back...at first I wasn't sure if I was in the right place.

Hourlong wait on line - Car filthy
Pros: Price was great. They are one of the few to offer one-way rental without charging a stiff fee. Drop-off at Newark was smooth and easy.
Cons: It took me a full hour and 10 minutes waiting on line on a Saturday morning to get my car. There was one employee on duty, and he would walk people out of the Sears and disappear into the parking lot, The cars had not been washed and he was literally taking each car to be washed before handing over the keys, leaving everyone on line dumbfounded. When it was my turn - sounds cliche but I was literally late for a funeral - so I took it without cleaning but it was so filthy that at dropoff they wanted to document that I had received it like that.
They did not brief me on their charges for NOT removing the EZpass or for fuel refill costs.
On top of that, they had moved and Google Maps still showed them at their old location in the same area. Almost no signage nearby alerts you to where they now are, Had to ask several people just to find the counter.
