Pros: Great car, great price
Cons: We loved everything about this rental EXCEPT we reserved for 8am as we had an 11 hour drive ahead (with an 18 month old) and driving to icy roads We get up and ready and packed only to find they don't open until 9. That was extremely frustrating when it shouldn't even have been an option to pickup at 8 am. Also there was a lot of trash left in it from the previous user we cleaned out before starting

Pros: Access to terminal was very simple. Parking spaces were severely limited, some people were parked on the grass or outside parking spaces. The signage did not lead you to the "other parking space".
Cons: car was dirty both inside and outside
car seat was extremely uncomfortable and it didn't handle well in the high winds I drove through

Pros: Service at counter and on phone were excellent.
Cons: Did not get enough information on operational items when picking up auto. Asked if the seat could be moved up because I am so small but was told by person giving the car to me that it did not have ability to move the seat up. Drive it 200+ miles in an uncomfortable manner until at my destination my brother showed me how to move up the seats. This was a Toyota Carolla and I had never driven such a basic car before. More information needs to be given to the customer at pickup.

Staff was helpful
Pros: Vehicle did well with gas mileage. Also had the space we needed for six adults. Hertz staff at the Bismarck airport location made the renting experience very easy.
Cons: Not very comfortable vehicle. We did a lot of driving through North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana. For six adults, was not the most comfortable ride.
Cons: Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people so when flights get delayed the poor counter person doesn't get slammed. This is North Dakota. In Winter. Flights will get delayed and it's unfair to everyone to have one single person working the desk and 30 people waiting in line from 3 flights. Enterprise is generally a pretty good franchise but this one really needs to hire more people, as does the airport.
Cons: Our flights were rerouted so we had to change from our original destination. Our first reservation which was booked online with you would have picked up Saturday night at the Airport. When our flight arrived and we got to the rental car area about 9:15 your area was closed. We called the 800 number to be told the reservation we made could only be reached by private plane so we couldn't get our car. ???? This should have been made clear online. We were told a car now would be about 6 times the amount we first counted on. We went on to our motel and got online where we were able to find one at a more reasonable rate. We picked it up the next day.
