Cons: They are very slow at tending customers. It took a little over a half over for me to finally get my car. There wasn't even a line to get to the counter, just 3 customers sitting down in chairs waiting like me for their cars.

Pros: The agent at the desk was very helpful. He handled difficult situations well--two parties had no transportation due to misunderstandings on their part.
Cons: The gas policy--or lack of one. Because there were no papers exchanged, I didn't even think of the gas policy until I was on the road and noted the tank was below half full.
Cons: When I returned the car ... I was not given the receipt even though I asked for it ... I was told I will get the receipt in the email and it's been 5 days now still no receipt and today I look at my car I got charged way more than i was told and I still don't have the receipt to see what they charged me for ... what a bad Sevice from this location ... I hope they will Contect me and solve this problem rather me going calling my bank to figure it out :(
