Great location, easy to get in and out, people mind their own business, the check-in employees are friendly, great indoor accessibility to tons of places in Copley/Boylston which is nice during the winter months

Amazing room with amazing view.
I wasn’t informed by the valet that parking on site would be a fortune. Staying for three nights made this hotel visit far too expensive. Stayed in a gorgeous hotel IN the center of Baltimore and didn’t pay for parking. One particular valet was a rock star but I can’t remember his name. The cashier of the valet knew I was at the window. I was in a rush and she was working on something on the computer. I was trained at the Five Diamond Hilton at Short Hills that the computer can wait.
