First room a/c issues, and the price is too high for an ibis with poor breakfast and parking payed separatly, almost 100€ for one night is too much. Should be max 60€

Excellente situation
Very good
Great location. Had dinner there which was very good.
Good location
We arrived very early in the morning and the staffs were nice to let us enter and stay in the lobby The location is perfect. Pretty accessible To the city center. The room is clean.
Good location
Very good location, just few minute walk to tram and bus stop. Opposite to supermarket. Room is clean and much bigger in compare with other Ibis hotel
Exceptional
Great location and very clean
Superb
Had free parking which was a bonus. Location very good with a tram stop close by
Seemingly thin walls, could easily hear next doors TV until 2 am. Limited evening menu, had the pork which sadly was very overcooked
great
bed comfy and a good size.
lighting in bathroom poor to put makeup on. hairdryer gets quite hot when holding.

A great place to stay...
We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. We were impressed by the care and facilities provided to keep customers and staff safe at the moment.
Before the trip I looked at upgrading the room and it said we had a disabled access room with a patio so I didn't upgrade. The room we were given was the standard double. This was a little disappointing.
It was in a great location. The bed was very comfy. The aircon was perfect for the hot days. The bathroom was sufficient.
The towels were stained, there was only 2 small-ish towels available. We paid for a room with a kettle/tea and coffee maker etc and we werent aware that these things werent available because of Covid-19. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, would have preferred more choice. There was a small selection of pastries and cheeses, a few bits of fruit and as much coffee and juice you need.
Comfortable bed
They don't have kettle, no towel for the hair. They just give one towel per person. I couldn't see any big different with a ibis budget, just bigger bed
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Location appalling and just didn’t come up to Inis standard. Not value for money. And there was a smell in hallways.
Comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
The breakfast was €10 and was only some bread cheese amd yogurt. (Wasnt to worth it. Next time I will buy breakfast at the supermarket across the street)
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
The room was ok, nothing special but enough for a couple of days. The duvet was so heavy causing us to sweat a lot and bad sleeping. It's summer, with 30ºC outside, and this duvet was a winter one. I asked for a lighter one and the staff told me that they didn't have any other bedcloth. The liquid soap was the same for shower, hands and hair, which I find unacceptable for an hotel, that needs to have at least shampoo and specific soaps for both body and hands. Plus, the soap bottle has been empty for 2 days and the cleaning staff didn't refill it, even after I asked for it at the reception. The staff was nice but they barely speak English. The last day a woman, I guess the cleaning lady, opened the room door without even knocking, probably sure that we were out.

Excellent location in Bourdeaux. There are many hotels with the name of ibis in Bourdeaux and it made us a bit trouble finding the hotel at first.
Hope there is one additional trash-bin in a room. There was only one trash bin inside the bathroom.

Excellent value for such as good location to walk to the Cathedral and places to eat. Friendly front desk. Adhered to all distancing rules. Secure parking though quite expensive.
Breakfast adequate. Cold buffet only

Dinner was very nice, staff was really helpful.
Small rooms. Lower quality thn other ibis hotels.
It is a good choice if you want to spend a weekend at a nice european city as Bordeaux and your main objective is to experience the city without spending your day in the hotel.
Breakfast Varied
Works going on in the building. Spare bed had no headboard
Amazing location Very friendly and helpful staff Extremely quiet Accomodating my every whim Very clean
The positives outweighed the negatives for me. I would stay here again.
Location, room and staff The tram stop is a minutes walk away
Not enough coffee machines at breakfast
The location was ideal and we were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby
Room was very small. Bed horribly uncomfortable and heating did not work so we were cold. Staff at breakfast time were miserable and unhelpful!
Location
There was some renovation work in progress which meant there was a temporary dining room in operation. Breakfast time was chaos and very poor food and beverage quality. Our room was on the eleventh floor and was quite noisey we think from machinery on the roof, directly above. We have stayed in this hotel twice before and it generally offers a reasonable standard and value for money. Seems to have slipped a little this time.
Everything
Nothing
The location is very convenient, close to the cathedral and the main centre. The rooms are basic but comfortable.
The location is not aesthetic and some approaches felt a little unsafe at night.
Nothing
It was a free for all at breakfast no cups, no trays, no cutlery no juice no one in charge discraceful will never stay Ibis again, reception area dusty and dirty no excuse even with work going on never saw this area being cleaned.
The location and breakfast were amazing. All in all good value for money. The staff were super helpful and professional
The hotel was undergoing some renovations, and the quality of the rooms weren’t not in the best condition. Bathroom stains and carpet stains
The location was good. It has very easy access to city centre. However, the room was too hot, the aircon wasn't working. It was so hot, stuffy in the room. We asked a member of the staff and were told to open the window. We left the window wide open and it was so noisy during the night, fire engine, police car and people shouting, etc.
Location.
Ok - reasonable value for money
Bar/ restaurant was poorly stocked with both drink/ice and the staff acted as if they really did not want to be there. We were told food was available until 10.30 pm by the reception staff, but I heard the staff tell some people who wanted to eat at 10 20 pm that the kitchen was closed. My wife and I had a delayed journey and having had little to eat that day made a big effect to be there for 10.30 but were also told that the kitchen was closed. Nobody seemed to care. We would not stay there again because the generally didn’t seem to care about anything the customers wanted but just when they could finish their shift. There also seemed no one available with any responsibility to manage the situation or the staff.
As expected, good value, clean and with everything necessary for overnight stay.
Location is really good, close to bus and tram stops. Not too far from city centre as well. Clean and spacious room.
My room was supposed to include access to a patio, but that was nowhere to be seen. Breakfast, like most ibis hotels, was average.
Room was very spacious bathrooms was comfy but a little bit outdated breakfast was not included and a little bit expensive
breakfast selection, particularly pastries were too oily and not fragrant.
Bed. Restaurant. Breakfast.
Improvements going in the reception area. Restaurant closed in afternoon. No coffee facilities in room.
The location
No Air Conditioning and we had a particularly warm winters day the room was like an oven
Breakfast was very good, great selection. Good location, close to the city center. Close to local grocery shop. Good value for money.
There was no hand towel, only body towel.
Excellent breakfast, on the edge of town, massive hotel, nice view from our room on the 11th floor. Ibis always represent good value, comfort and generally helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Hotel being modernised at the moment, some upheaval but nothing to make our stay disappoint. Bar was shut quite early, although it was a Sunday night.
The beds are very comfortable on the other side and it is in a very good location, there is a supermarket right across the streer.
We didn't have the toilet brush (it was the first time so far it ever happened to me and I don't want to get into details....).The hair dryer is really noisy and at night we could hear people using it(we could distinctly hear whatever was happening in the corridor)
Great location near the Cathedral, the shopping area and Liane 1 bus to the airport. The room was spacious.
The view of the room was an internal covered court that resonated a lot - Noise to be heard if the window of the room is open. The bathroom has very old and used equipment- high bathtub with shower which was not easy to access. The bathtub and sink had long hairs lying around, and general speaking the bathroom was not very clean. The towels were extremely consumed and harsh to the touch; new towels would be welcome. The staff at the reception, female in particular, could be more friendly welcoming. The whole hotel gives more a factory feeling than a holiday place.
The bed and location
They were doing some work and the lobby was completely destroyed and they thought it would be a good idea to make a lot of construction noises at 10am Saturday. We also found glass or something like it on the bathroom floor, with obvious risk of enjuring our feet. Also the shampoo was terrible: only one for face, body and hair. Not a single amenities. Staff with zero empathy. The bed was comfortable, tho.
Good location and spacious rooms
The breakfast wasn’t very good for the price they charge
Comfy bed, nice staff
Room, breakfast , coffee, shower, towels, too hot in room, bar. .very very poor.
Position
Unhelpfull this time .No mention off builders in on the website.Last time they let me park my van were the coaches park .They said no even though we would be away at 7 the next morning .It was to high to park in the carpark .The builders were in .Dust everywere .Front doors look like theres bin a kick off .
The shower was terrible. It kept fluctuating from cold to boiling hot. We had to change rooms as in 1018 the shower was dangerous.
Location was great
Staff not very helpful
Location close to tram and fairly central
I was given an accessible bathroom without being asked if this was my preference once the staff saw me in a wheelchair. I can walk small distances in a bedroom and would have preferred to be asked rather than assume. The bedroom was very, very small and the bed was against two walls so I was blocked in by my partner. It was very uncomfortable. The bathroom design meant that huge amounts of water pooled under the sink and made the bathroom dangerous and difficult to use. My parents room had warped and bowed laminate flooring that moved with every step and was dangerous. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms. We booked a table for New Year’s Eve dinner. There were two large parties also booked. They were very drunk and loud. We asked the staff to encourage them to be quieter for the sake of other guests. This did not happen and our evening was completely ruined. We asked for the service charge to be removed from our bill which we are fully entitled to do and they refused flatly. Very little empathy was shown and all the staff just kept saying it was a special evening. It certainly was nothing special for us and we will absolutely never visit again. It was a complete disaster.
Cheap hotel close to the center.
The room extremely small, there was no door in the bathroom, a bit noisy
Comfy quiet and convenient to tram and bus
Nothing
Dreary. Curtains didn’t pull across the windows completely and the opposite windows could see in to me and I to them. Very poor. No light switch on the immediate vicinity of the door and it was pitch black.
very basic but good location!
Fabulous location. Walking distance of the river front and the rugby stadium. Right next to the Palais de Justice tram stop.
Even though it was full of people, the bar closed very early in the evening
Spacious room, nice interior based on Ibis standard similar to elsewhere.
Lack of electric kettle, for 3-star hotel would be nice to have one. Breakfast a bit too pricey- but found nice alternatives in the city centre.
It was really well located, very close to the city centre and just 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport. It is also close to a tram stop. Staff was nice.
In one of our rooms the rug was soaking wet, we complained and we got a room change. A towel for the hands would have been appreciated. We were not able to store our luggage after checking out because they didn't have a room because of construction work, the only alternative offered was paying for late check out in one of the rooms.
Clean and quiet
Being charged €9.50 for a small bit of lettuce and carrot to accompany my main meal. So I paid for one extra meal wasn't happy about that!
Near to the center and 25 minutes until the airport by car. Supermarkets nearby and shoppings
The bed was very very uncomfortable and there weren’t towels for hands. The breakfast didn’t have much choice and they didn’t replace the food fast enough.
The shower was good
I booked into this hotel at 6pm and the price displayed was €70 per night When o checked out in the morning they charged me €112 I asked why and they just said the reduced price was special Yes special.allright The food was deplorable and the staff were very discourtious
Central location and very good staff.
Rooms very warm and thermostats not great. Getting into bath to use shower difficult unless you are over 6ft as high bath. Bathrooms in need of renovation.
Position is great...supermarket in front of the hotel is handy...tram stop just outside...hotel is quite
Nothing
location Near the bus for the airport
The food in the restaurant is not good, the blinis served with smocked salmon are sweet, the quality of the wine is not acceptable. A powerful group like Accord should not serve this quality anywhere but particularly in a city like Bordeaux.
The friendly reception staff, the location, room size
The bathroom was run down, the grout and silicone around the shower area was all black, not very inviting to use.
Clean and efficient and well located to explore Bordeaux. Secure parking in a fairly central location, cheaper than the public parking.
Corner cutting on room facilities - one paper cup each for hot drinks in the room and cheap inadequate towels and our bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Expensive breakfast which seemed overcrowded. We walked 100 metres down the road and paid half the price, including freshly squeezed orange juice.
There was one bar staff who was friendly and helpful.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room.
Didn’t like the packets of coffee but it was nice having a kettle in the room. Shower was hot and had good power
Didn’t like plastic cups as they are single use
Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast choice, very good location for our needs using public transport.
Nothing to dislike.
Location
Everything is too old
All good - pleased with location and parking etc
Breakfast could have been a little better for the money
Central location
A bit dated
It had car parking which was what we needed with our hire car
There was a smell in the lifts and corridors
The location was great, right next to the bus stop for the airport (Bus 1), and a quick walk to the center and the sights. The bed was very comfortable, and the aircon worked great for a comfortable night of sleep. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.
This is a bare-bones budget hotel. We only stayed for one night and it had everything we needed for one night: a shower, sink, toilet, and bed. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow. We didn't check out the restaurant or any of the other on-site facilities. We basically just used it sleep, so it met our needs.
The hotel location was good, ideally situated for the purple tram line to the riverside and town centre. It was as advertised, a decent budget hotel with helpful staff, clean, parking on site, good breakfast, centre of town location. For a weekend stay - ideal.
Nothing
Location
Small rooms
A typical ibis chain hotel. Everything was as expected. Standard hotel with standard services. Definitely recommend for those who have a business stop in Bordeaux or a place to stay overnight. There will be no unpleasant surprises. Good breakfast.
There is nothing that I don't particularly like. Everything was at the standard level.
Clean, convenient location, breakfast AND a meal (lunch or dinner) included.
The room is small, but clean.
Well located, parking available and good breakfast
Very little amenities in the bathroom, no tissues anywhere in the room and no bin in the room.
The hotel & location were excellent as were the staff. Special word of thanks to Veronique and all the staff involved in recovering my 10 year old daughters 2 teddies which she left behind in the hotel. The staff were super. Teddies were well looked after and they arrived in Ireland last week safe & sound. Thanks again to all involved. We will definitely be back but the teddies will be left at home the next time.
Staff at reception!
Staff in the breakfast /restaurant part! We needed disabled parking so we paid for IBIS parking only to discover last disabled space occupied for 2 days by workman! see photo.
Location of Hotel
Staff attitude as if they were doing you a favour by being there Not impressed
Good convenient position with closeness to local services or a walk to centre.
Breakfast was busy.but it was worth it.
Great location . Staff very helpful
Air con in our room very noisy didn’t realise until we went to bed! Had to turn off Shower not brilliant and very deep bath to climb into
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was near the center of the city.
Nothing.
Excellent location to tourist attraction, eateries and shopping
No refrigerator on room, couldn't locate any English t.v. channels apart from US investment programs
Quiet rooms, comfy beds and thick curtains to block the sun in the morning.
Firstly I had to move rooms as my room smelt like sewerage it was disgusting! The cleaner must have noticed it as the bathroom drain was pulled apart and left like that. Once I was given a new room I couldn’t even have a shower as the hot water was out in the entire hotel... so I had a full day of sight seeing with no shower. As compensation I was only offered a free breakfast but I should’ve had much more than that.
Everything. Good location. Helpful staff at front desk. Rooms clean and very quiet. Would definitely recommend.
Bar staff came across as slightly rude at times but all other members of staff were lovely.
Location
Very small rooms
Convenient location, clean and comfortable room
Location Able to have and include breakfast on the premises
The room was small - no fridge to keep anything cool. No provision to make a cup of tea - coffee. Guess this was reflected in the cost but not able to know this at the time of booking. May have requested an upgrade.
nice bedrooms clean
Location (short walk to busy spot in city centre), staff friendly/helpful, bed comfortable enough. Not worst value for money but think I would rather pay slightly more for better quality.
Poor room lighting, only one plug socket for side of bed, scarce amenities in room e.g. only one small bottle of water. No mini fridge in room. Shower wasn’t great
It’s a good place to stop for a night and the staff is super nice and helpful.
It’s not very well located to visit the city and it’s in desperate need of some renovations.
Great location, modern hotel, clean rooms. Nice breakfast as well. Very nice stay!
Everything was fine, except there was a fire alarm the following morning, which is not what you want when you are on vacation :), but that couldn't be helped and the staff handled it well.
Excellent location. Close to the Cathedral and Rue St Catherine. Breakfast was great.
Room only had one small bin in the bathroom.
The hotel is very good located: 3 min walk to the museum of fine arts, 5 min to the Cathedral, right across the carrefour supermarket and 5 min to the trade center and the Auchan hyper market. The bus stop from/to airport is 2 min away. If you are starting more than 2 nights, you can refuse the housekeeping service in exchange for free drink - Be Green. This is nice and motivating.
Overall a nice stay at this ibis in Bordeaux, however we asked to be moved to a different room on the second day as the first one was too hot to sleep (around 26 degrees C). The staff told us that the air conditioning is set by the hotel and is currently on “warm” only (I guess given the season). However the second room was much more pleasant in terms of temperature.
