Wonderful experience, great and welcoming people. If coming with a car to Bilbao, this is such a great way to avoid hustling through traffic and searching for parking, which ain't that cheap. Nor it should be, since the city is spectacular. Anyway, the hotel is conveniently located between the City and the Airport, and to reach downtown Bilbao you take lovely funicular (cable car) and it takes you straight down in 3min. To funicular you get with a car in like 2min, also lots of free parking around. The hotel itself is very chic and vintage, but the room in which we stayed was very new, super clean and cozy, with a view towards the city. The views are everywhere. Oh, and the breakfast is very tasty and versatile enough.

Given the slightly remote location, I expected more comfort for the price.
The walls were thin and other patrons could be be heard doing normal things in their rooms. The man at the front desk was competent and helpful, but not friendly.

The shower, the shower and the shower. The bed was good too. Again all TV was in Spanish but no fault of the Hotel. Just annoying.
Nothing really. The decor was not to our taste but what the heck.

Clean and very quiet..Good parking.
A little too far out of Bilbao and difficult to get to. Nowhere close to eat really except a somewhat expensive very formal restaurant next to the hotel. There were a couple of restaurant a few kilometers away...But Bilbao has far more choice and value for money. There is a funicular railway down to the city but its too far to walk to the terminal and you really need a car.
