Pros: Three stars max. Aparthotel is not ready yet and the surroundings are like in Leabanon after few missiles and heavy rain...

Pros: I liked the hotel, is not in a busy area and it is clean and warm inside.
Cons: On the site I read it is located at 500 m of the cable and it is, but 3-4 km of the cable station, so, it is impossible to walk with your skis to the gondola. From the staff only one speaks english (at that moment)

Pros: The facilities were great, the jacuzzi, the hamam, the pool, everything! Especially when compared to the hotel prices. The restaurant was also really nice.
Cons: The hotel needs to have a bigger bus to transfer its clients to the ski lifts, as it was quite difficult for the driver to fit all the skis in it. everything else was great!

Cons: When we arrived the room was very cold. We didn't have our room cleaned every day. Some of the lights did not work.

Pros: Apartment was new and other facilities are brend new
Cons: They noticed that it is 4 star hotel but tv was not working , swimimg poo water was cold , sauna and jacuzzi we have to activate by own. Hotel still dont work as actual 4 star hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very new, the staff is very friendly, apartment was comfortable, newly furnished. Parking was enough for the guests who came by car. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna facilities. The restaurant is fair if you want to eat meals not sophisticated.
Cons: The entire site is a construction one and the roads are not finalized. The apartment was prepared for guests in a rush and the cleaning after construction was not 100% done. The water in the swimming pool was cold for the adults.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hotel management was vile, facilities should function(sauna, steam bath, swimming pool), hotel staff should be trained, breakfast was remarkably poor, the elevator was out of order at certain moments, there was no road signs to find the hotel, the access was through a dirt road, there was no heating when we got there and after complaining they provided us with electric heaters. There was no curtains in the room so we had to wake up when the sun rose, poor gym facilities, there was no actual lobby.
