Only the car.Cons:
When I made the reservation it said protection was included, but at the pick up time, they charge me an additional cost for insurance at almost the price of my three day rental. It was 70 dlls more than the 28 for the rental price. Please notify this before when you announce a price.Avis

There is a $100usd non-negitiable “basic insurance” charge that I was not told about before renting the vehicle. Instead of $75 for my rental, I had to pay $175. That was rather upsetting.keddy by Europcar

Cons:
I had a reservation at 11am. I was late getting into town and arrived around 12:30. The guy told me that my reservation was at 7am even though I showed my confirmation email that said 11am and he said they didn’t have a car for me. They didn’t even then suggest that there was an enterprise next door I walked there after looking it up myself and rented a car there instead.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Everyone was very nice, but because I don't speak Spanish and there were no English speakers there and the forms were in Spanish.....you get the idea.Cons:
I had to pay for an entire extra day because I didn't understand what I was being told. Really my fault because I was ina Spanish speaking country. However, they did say on the phone that there was an English speaker available.10.0 Wonderful

They charged me for a suppose scratch smaller than a the size of nail that I did not made. Also rented me a car with tires in very poor condition and I had to replace the car as the wires from the tires could already be seen from its wear.5.2 Fair

The car was clean and it got us from Tijuana to Loreto safely.Cons:
This was my first time using Thrifty to rent a car. They wouldn't be my first choice in the future, though the workers at the store were nice the car wasn't great. It didn't do well with any road that wasn't in perfect condition so the car ride was bumpy and loud. In addition the car didn't do well on gas. The bathroom facilities at Thrifty were disgusting as the toilet didn't work (left over bathroom waste was left in the toilet) and there was no running water or hand sanitizer so I'm not sure how coworkers washed their hands.One location in Zona Rio
