Pros (+) The location and the price for the area. The room was fine and had all the necessary stuff.
Cons (-) Slightly old, could use some modernization especially more three prong plugs for charging phones etc. Staff handled our friend's problems with their room unprofessionally. So, staff could be more customer focused and friendly.

Pros (+) Tremendously accommodating staff. Staff took an hour of their own time just to help us when we had some car trouble and could not have been nicer about it. Great value and great people an easy walk to everything Williamstown has to offer
