The third largest city in Spain, Valencia has plenty to offer: its own unique language and culture, scrumptious paella, beautiful gardens and awe-inspiring architecture, from the 13th century cathedral to the ultra modern City of Arts and Sciences. Party in the Barrio del Carmen or chill by the beach. And last, but certainly not least, Valencia hosts one of the best street festivals anywhere in the world: Las Fallas.
