Pros (+) The mattress was a new posturepedic and it was comfortable. I did't spend much time there and only needed a good place to sleep. The people in the office were all nice.
Cons (-) The room had a musty smell but it didn't trigger my allergies and it didn't bother me except upon first entering the room. The hours the office was open were too short for me. I rarely got there before 9pm and the office was closed then.
