Pros:Bad service overall
Pros:On time arrival. A low cost flight that does not compromise on the essentials. You still get free check-in luggage. The seats are a bit narrow, but that's ok for a 3h flight.
Pros:There was lots of space in the aisle and seat.
Cons:Sky Airlines lost my luggage! I couldn't check-in online, and then when we were running late, they almost didn't print our ticket out at the ticket counter. Sky Airlines lost my luggage on top of that! Still waiting for it now...
Pros:The staff were friendly and professional. Cokplimentary snack on such a short flight was appreciated
Cons:Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time
Pros:We never got boarded!! They oversold the flight and al the passengers without seats are left in line with no explanation! And extremely rude people at the counters. I understand the issues going on these days but to not even acknowledge hen people are asking them when is the next flight, is unacceptable! I will never book this airline again and expect my money back for today's no go :(
Cons:Don't work with this company! Sky Airlie is horrible customer service at the counters in Punta Arenas
Pros:Good service, no complaints.
Cons:At check in they told us that we only had one leg of our trip, from puerto montt to Santiago, instead of all the way through to calama. I had to push to have them check that indeed we were going all the way to calama. They were convinced we weren’t and that we’d have to pay the baggage fee twice.
Flight check in Lima to Cusco all went very smoothly and plane boarded on time. All in all a great experience for a low cost fare.
Cons:If they didn't charge for carry on luggage, would had been perfect.
Pros:On time
Cons:Carry on forced check at door - same size I have used to fly on American and LATAM. Said nothing downstairs at baggage check, but then forced me to pay $30 at bording because they said it was too big. Pretty lousy. Also brief turbulence at the beginning and they closed the bathrooms for the rest of the smooth three hour flight.

Based in Santiago, Sky Airline is a Chilean carrier, which focuses on services within the Latin American region. Flights are available to more than 15 domestic destinations across Chile, while international connections are also available to Brazil, Uruguay, Peru and Argentina.
Operating as a low-cost airline, fares are reduced via providing simplified amenities. Seat selection, checked baggage and the transportation of unconventional luggage, such as music instruments or pets, can be purchased as optional services on Sky Airline flights. The basic fare allows passengers to bring a carry-on bag weighing a maximum of 10 kg (approximately 22 lb). All seats are located within a singular Economy cabin, meaning there is no class separation between customers.
The airline prides itself on being a reliable provider that strictly sticks to scheduling times. In 2016 it was recognized by the Official Airline Guide as being the most punctual carrier. Whether traveling for business or vacation, passengers are loyal to Sky Airline because of good experiences of arriving on time. A 2018 report by OAG Aviation Worldwide stated that the carrier delivered 98% of flights and operated approximately 82% of services on time.
An all-Airbus group of planes makes up the fleet. A preference is held for narrow-body aircraft that are intended to fly short-to-medium distances, such as the A320 and A321 series. The fleet is decorated in a simple white and purple livery, with modern A320neo aircraft stating the model along the fuselage. Via a partnership with National Geographic, one of the planes has been given a special paint job and serves to inspire young people to travel.
