Pros:Friendliness and ease of staff members at the front desk, especially checking in and out most appealing. When traveling abroad away from home that is extremely valuable to me. Loved the New Year’s champagne celebration
Cons:Breakfast on New Year’s Day was amazing. Keeping more choices for regular days as well. Choices were far more limited after New Year’s An empty refrigerator in the room would be very helpful and perhaps a microwave available to guests in kitchen area Also more English speaking TV stations(only two and both were news stations available)

Pros:I upgraded last 2 days of vacation for the suite in this hotel. I was so disappointed. I even cancelled another hotel to go here. The price was more than any of the other hotels I stayed in yet standard much lower. Save your money & avoid! Room itself was fine and breakfast decent but not worth the money. It's not hiked up due to some seasonal event, I am comparing to price of other hotels online for exact same dates. It's not worth it.
Cons:They forgot the robe claimed to be in the room. First day 3 holey towels including one completely threadbare. Got replaced by maid with more holey towels. Towels thin and obviously been washed many times. No tissues in bathroom, horrible blowing your nose with toilet tissue. Bed was comfortable, but the hotel uses this as their selling point. It was nice but the pillows so soft I had to use 4 to prop myself up to read yet my head still felt it was too close to the mattress. The ceiling slopes on the "suite" room they are top floor so window is in ceiling and roof slopes. Kept whacking my head. I am 5ft 6 female. Sofa is not comfortable to rest on for your neck it is shaped weird. It's also very light weight made of 2 pieces pushed together. You have to use your suitcase to push against to stop them from sliding apart. The staff never once asked if everything was ok. I never bothered complaining. It was rated very high... So I started targeting to read the bad reviews and it seems the staff aren't bothered and they offer free Thai massage on all complaints. No money back if it's pre paid. I thought why bother getting stressed out complaining on deaf ears. Save your money go somewhere else for luxury and service.
