Pros (+) The price was good. Location was great. The room we had smelled great, smelled clean. The room seemed very clean. There seemed to be some kind of effort to update the room.This is a great place for a quick stay, or in our case, in town for a concert.
Cons (-) They only provided us with two towels, one roll of toilet paper. The ceiling light did not work. The upper door lock was broken off or removed. Bathroom fan was a bit loud. Wifi was iffy at best.

Pros (+) Nothing but the proximity and access to city.
Cons (-) Literally a lot of things. My bed was dirty, stained, broken, and had remain of hair. Underneath was a catastrophe (I took a pic of it!), with cup, charger, dust and hair all over. This feeling to not feel like at home and get anxious to sleep because of that. There is a level of decency expected when paying low price for hotel. This was far from that!
