The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the laundry it needs to be updated.

Cons:Very racist staff being I am an African American women. The shower was broken and the staff hardly wore a mask. Had to request to be moved to the room I agreed on when booking. I will not refer my family and friends to stay here. Elnora Riley

Pros:My wife has stayed at this hotel several times in the past, she likes the location near the airport.
Cons:My wife was traveling alone. After checking in, she was given key to room that was already occupied. She did not realize this until she went to take a shower and noticed a man's suitcase next to the desk. I was not happy when I heard this as this is both a safety and privacy issue. Contacted Shilo customer service, was told that I would get feedback shortly, but after 2 weeks had to re-contact them and wait another few days just to be told it was a "glitch" that was "highly unlikely to happen". What's highly unlikely is for any of my family or friends to stay at a Shilo Inn in the future.

Pros:If you just need a good nights sleep this is a great place for the money. Comfortable and has everything you need. Staff is very friendly and free shuttle to the airport is great.
Cons:This hotel is dated in appearance. Could use some updating but everything worked well and it was clean.

Cons:Room was old and tired. Big box tvs and strange little box tv in the bathroom. Lots of peeling wallpaper and carpet was totally worn out. They really should not be putting clients in some of these rooms.

Pros:We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the pool and hot tub
Cons:We did not appreciate the condescending attitude received from both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Frustrated that "free breakfast" was advertised, but were only given enough coupons for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Had to pay for the 3rd day. We were consistently treated as though we were inconveniencing the staff. Our kids were relatively well behaved, and we treated all staff with respect and kindness. Not sure what their problem was with us. Beds were extremely uncomfortable as well. I'm normally not a complainer, but our stay was not a good experience. Will not be staying at a Shilo Inn again. Steer clear if traveling with kids.

Cons:We appreciated the complementary breakfast and evening drinks, but offering a free generic Coors doesn't cut it even though it's complementary! Please offer a choice of regional microbrews.

Pros:Spacious, convenient location
Cons:Horribly outdated, old wallpaper peeling off the walls, looked like the last update was in the early 90's. We even had an old tube TV in the bathroom that didn't even work. Service was horrible. Upon check in and check out they barely spoke to us. I had to ask questions to get any information out of them about breakfast, check out time, etc. We were woken up by loud swearing and door pounding at about 2:30am. It went on for almost 20 minutes. Then when we left, found that someone vandalized our car in the parking lot. Horrible - we will never stay here ever again.
