Booked using a third party app - but when we went to check in - they said they didn’t have our reservation even tho we paid in advance in full and got double billed. 2.5 hours we stood at the desk after a long day of driving. Sent us away - nobody offered any help - not kayak not Rosen just sorry can’t help. Refund not processed - I will never use kayak - super.com or stay at Rosen ever again.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable... but where was the TV remote? Answer: it was missing. We told the front desk the next morning, but that seemed like something the housekeeping staff could/should have noticed/corrected. We would stay here again, but make sure we show up late enough not to need to watch any TV.

It is a motel with mold smell in the room. I saw mold on the ceiling and decided to early check out just after half an hour of staying there. Don’t recommend at all

Advertising suggested undercover parking - not true. Continental breakfast is a limited choice of options from the onsite shop - felt misled on this issue. Do not stay here!! The hotel is right against i4 and you hear the trucks all night long. The room was dirty! The comforter had a yellow brown spot on it that looks like someone wiped their butt with it! And it looked like a fresh mark not a stain! The pillows are miniature size, good for kids not adults! Pros (+) It was cheap and in a good location.
Cons (-) Old and worn down but cheap. Parking (insufficient quantity of spots) was an issue on more than one occasion. Not terrible but not nearly as nice as we were expecting. I see why it’s so cheap. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Did their best to answer questions and concerns. The COVID-19 measures made myself and girlfriend feel safe while staying there.
Cons (-) I’m not very picky but it’s not a new hotel so it’s showing a little wear and tear. The upkeep of the hotel is acceptable and shows that they work to keep things maintained.
