Cons (-) Our room temperature was warm. We made 2 calls to front desk and even went to the front desk. Fan was brought to room. Maintenance Cameron the room but did not resolve problem. Mattresses are old!

Cons (-) The staff was just ridiculous. I received attitudes from more than half of the staff I encountered on my stay there. They also made me wait three hours for my room to be ready and when I asked questions they continued to pass me on to the next rude staff member.
