Cons (-) The man with glasses at the Front desk concierge is extremely cold and rude and should not be working in the hospitality industry. Also pool and lobby were so humid

Pros (+) Unfortunately the WiFi was horrible while we stayed at this hotel. We called 3 times and they stated the WiFi was being rebooted, however the only reception was in the lobby and it was still was not working well. We had to resign on every time to even attempt to log in, however >90 % of the time it did not work. One of us had work to be done as well and had to leave to find a cafe with WiFi in ord...
