Cons (-) We were told this was the Quality hotel near the Falls but it wasn't. We could not get a refund after we found out. The room was dusty as if no one had stayed there in awhile. The bathtub had mold. There was not much water pressure. When I told the front desk the lady had just said 'oh, hope you have a better time next time'. Very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Cons (-) It was dirty all around (I had to wipe the entire room down before we unpacked anything because it was covered in dust and grime), no elevators, full size beds that were on metal frames, dirty shower with terrible water pressure, poor service.
