Pros (+) Dark rooms that are pretty quiet.
Cons (-) Some of the staff is not properly trained to do their job/be in the hospitality industry. Cleanliness/functionality of the rooms needs to be more of a concern.

Pros (+) The bed was great, and the hotel was very clean
Cons (-) The remote didn’t seem to fit the television, we couldn’t access all stations listed on the guide. No in-room coffee or tea, and there could have been more outlets for our electronic devices

Pros (+) Very close and well-situated between Morial convention center, and Bourbon street. Nice staff. Artsy vibe. I like the brick/hardwood feel of the rooms
Cons (-) Any building that has survived since the 1850’s, and been through multiple hurricanes, is going to have some elements that feel dated, and the lower level rooms have challenges with white-wash over old flood lines. But overall, great value and location, and I like to stay here while attending meetings at the convention center.

Pros (+) Every aspect of the hotel's design seemed well thought out. The room was on the smaller side but so well designed, laid out, and furnished that it wasn't cramped and seemed perfectly sized. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the availability of good coffee and pastries in the morning from the lobbying was a well appreciated touch.

Pros (+) Clean and good location.
Cons (-) Small, dark room. Unimpressive. Limited outlets. Small window with view of a brick tunnel and beer can. Nothing redeeming. Definitely not with >$200 to stay here. Got a hotel 2 blocks down for half price and much nicer for the remainder of our stay. Did not investigate amenities.
