Pros:Good location, clean, and nice staff.
Cons:Towels and linens were deeply worn. Room was fine and clean, but dated and felt old. Our floor REEKED of rotten eggs. They didn’t move us or tell us what the smell was. Then the power went on and off throughout the night. This would have just been annoying, if we needed the AC or something. However, my boyfriend uses a CPAP machine for his sleep apnea (a machine that pumps air through the nostrils to create artificial air flow) and the power outages made it so he stopped breathing throughout the night. Needless to say, he didn’t sleep. When we complained in the morning, we were told this was an area-wide issue. That would have been helpful information to have in advance.
Pros:Up there with the very best hotels I have stayed in. Superb rooms, food and staff.
Cons:Quite dated hotel, in need for renovation, especially doors and fixtures. Could hear everybody walking down the hallway and when the neighbours took a shower, thought our bathroom was getting flooded.
