Pros (+) Proximity to Montreal. It was a great and accessable neighbourhood.Very safe. good restaurants in area.
Cons (-) Stairs. Sauna didn't work, one exercise machine was down. That matters when you only have one of each.

Parking is $27 CA per night which is a bit steep, but I found a much cheaper option about 0.2-0.3 miles away at indigo parking garage (1250 rue guy). Cons (-) The many stairs at the entrance and to rooms on upper floors may be daunting to older or infirm guests. An elevator would be an asset, but it's hard to determine where it could go.
