Pros (+) good location for getting to cruise and car rentals. bayside market place is walking distance. they held our luggage when we came back from the cruise for the day. As our flight was later at night.
Cons (-) breakfast was very poor quality. bed was not comfortable. they did not provide us a king size room or room with pull out sofa or anything. though reservation had my 12 year old kid on it.

Pros (+) Affordable, staff was professional, location was within walking distance of brickell and downtown. They let us store luggage after we checked out.
Cons (-) Old and run down appearances, looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Bed was uncomfortable. No bar or restaurant in the facility. Noisy.
