Pros (+) Staff was super friendly, attentive and very helpful with any questions we had. Facilities were nice and clean, hot breakfast was simple but tasty, and pool was fun for the kids. Cons (-) Laundry could be done through the service at the hotel, but if you want to do yourself or outside the hotel, it was a little bit of a hike to get to laundrymats in Poblado proper. No self-laundry facilities onsite.
