Pros (+) The location was ideal for getting around Leamington Spa. The restaurant next door was convenient.
Cons (-) Without a lift, it made getting (heavy) luggage up and down the stairs challenging. While the facilities were simple as expected, the floor in the bathroom has a worrisome “soft spot” near the toilet.
