This time I had an issue. There was a problem with the shower where you would only get about a minute or two of normal temperature water and then it would go scalding hot and you couldn't adjust it to get any cool water back into it. This was an excellent stay. Room was clean and the facilities are always well kept. I also called down to ask for more coffee and more wash rags and they brought me two bags of each. I also had to have them take a look at the heater and they were up in just a few minutes from when I called. For both occasions. Very responsive and very helpful of the guests.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was amazing! Even though they are severely understaffed at the front desk and valet service, they are friendly and polite and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone working there at this time needs a raise! They are awesome! The hotel is stunningly beautiful and is very clean.
Cons (-) There is a train track that runs by the hotel that blows its horn 3 or 4 times a night. Also, the maid service in one of our rooms forgot to replace the soap and shower supplies, resulting in us having to called the front desk. However, they were quick to remedy the situation. Again, I think they are a tad understaffed, but it was an amazing stay!
