If you’re looking at spending the day exploring outside the resort, you’ll be glad to know that the resort itself organizes various guided tours. You can spend half a day at the Hacienda Higueral Ranch, go exploring through the Las Maravillas Cave, which is 100,000 years old, or spend a day around the Caribbean water on a catamaran.
