They first gave us the wrong room. After denying our reservation information, they sent us to the wrong tower from where our new room was. New room had mold around the air conditioner (floor and wall) and they just thanked us for telling them after reporting it.

Location was as expected. Under staffed, long lines, pool was crowded, filthy and many people smoking. Had a band outside that played late and loud. Had to wear earplugs and turn up the TV to get to sleep.
