Cons (-) I like hotels with coffee maker in room & there was none. The AC didn’t keep the room cool enough. There was an odor throughout the building. We got stuffed up from something which was annoying & uncomfortable. I have a sore throat too.

Cons (-) 1- there was no hot water, the person who was going to fix it wasn't going to go until 11am the next day. I asked the person at the front desk if we could get a discount since there was NO hot water she said no, either you want it or not! 2- when you go inside the hotel everything looks old... 3-the rooms are very smalll and the furniture looks very old as well 4- bed where uncomfortable 5- there ...

Pros (+) Didn't have to fight for a refund when I turned around and left immediately.
Cons (-) Smelly, broken: locks, floor tile, shelves, wall plaster; graffiti on room window, curtain hanging down off rod. Overall a nightmare and didn't stay 15 mins.

Pros (+) I wanted a cheap, clean place to stay and wasn't worried about all the extras. That pretty much sums it up. I got what I expected, so I'm satisfied.
